This demo enables you to retrieve works of world literature, and search for words in the text by way of an easy-to-use search function, which supports Regular Expressions. The works are stored in XML (Extensive Markup Language) format with a suitable DTD (Data Type Definition) and processed with SAX-Parser (Simple API for XML Parsing). The works of literature are taken from gutenberg.spiegel.de.
